Assembling Your Knockdown Desk
The whole point of a knockdown desk is that it's easy to set up and take down.
Tools You'll Need
7/16" box-end wrench
That's right: 1 tool. And you probably already have it. If you don't, any hardware or home improvement store will happily sell you one. For that matter a neighbor will probably loan you one.
Instructions
- Remove the screw and washer from the hanger bolt.
- Slide the hanger bolt through the hole in the corner of the table.
- Slide the washer on.
- Put the nut on the hanger bolt.
- Tighten the nut down until the leg doesn't move when you grab the end and try to push it around.
- Repeat for the other legs.
That's it. No instruction sheet with drawings, no strange little bits that, if lost, can't be replaced. As easy as you could ask for.
